Payment Structure Explained

Step 1 – Booking: Secure your share of the plot with a booking amount of ₹125,000 (for ¼ ownership).

Step 2 – Second Installment (within 60 days): Pay 40% of the total price, minus your booking amount. For fractional ownership, this comes to ₹769,200–₹1,129,600, depending on plot size.

Step 3 – Third Installment (at 6 months): Pay 30% of the total price. For fractional ownership, this ranges between ₹670,650–₹940,950.

Step 4 – Final Installment (at possession – 16-17 months): Pay the final 30%, which is again ₹670,650–₹940,950 depending on plot size.

Total Payment Duration: Spread over 15-17 months, with possession and registry at that time.
