Planning and monitoring budgets for ship maintenance and operations.

7. Reporting and Contingency Management
Reporting technical issues to Senior Superintendents and Technical Managers.
Handling structural or machinery failures with effective solutions.
8. Crew Management
Appraising Masters, Chief Engineers, and other senior officers.
Ensuring proper briefing and debriefing of crew members.
9. Staffing
Recruiting and managing ship staff to meet operational requirements.
