Taradevi’s Group, known for developing premium luxury homes in Shimla, has acquired a 1.50-acre land parcel with requisite state government approvals in Kufri near Shimla. The project marks the group’s second major venture in the region after the successful launch of Taradevi’s Enclave in New Shimla.
 
The Downtown Kufri development will feature boutique managed studios and luxury villas with hospitality-led operations, lifestyle amenities, and long-term mountain living potential. Up to 75% of the inventory is proposed to be reserved for the DMET Club maritime community.
 
Founded and led by Mr. Prateek Khanna (DMET 2011 Batch Alumnus), DMET Club has emerged as one of the world’s strongest maritime communities, connecting thousands of marine professionals globally while actively working on initiatives related to networking, wealth creation, investments, and community welfare.
 
According to Mr. Khanna, this collaboration opens a unique dual-opportunity ecosystem for mariners:
Participation in premium mountain real estate assets
Long-term exposure to a growing hospitality-driven destination market in Himachal Pradesh

Mr. Ajit Agnihotri, banker-turned-realtor and Promoter of Taradevi’s Group, described the alliance as a partnership rooted in equitable value creation for investors, developers, and buyers alike.

The partners are also exploring the launch of a dedicated real estate investment platform for mariners, aimed at creating structured investment opportunities across hospitality and residential real estate sectors in India.

This EOI does not constitute a final sale, transfer, or confirmed allotment of any investment unit.

Only eligible mariners and members approved through the invite process shall be permitted to apply and participate in the allotment process.
