About the Event
The 25th Annual General Meeting of the DMET-MERI Ex-Cadets’ Association (DMECA) will be held on Saturday, 13th September 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Presidency Golf Course, Chembur, Mumbai. The meeting, chaired by the President, will include the adoption of minutes from the previous AGM, presentation of audited accounts, the Secretary’s report for 2024–25, approval of next year’s budget, and other matters with the Chair’s permission. Members are encouraged to participate actively and may send in additional agenda items in advance. The AGM will be followed by lunch, offering an opportunity to reconnect with fellow ex-cadets and strengthen our bonds. Contributions are set at ₹1,000 for members, ₹1,500 for members with family, and ₹1,500 for non-members.
